About Orlistat 60 mg Capsules
Orlistat is an over-the-counter weight loss aid for overweight adults. Taken with meals, it stops about a quarter of the fat you eat from being absorbed. It works together with a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet and regular activity, helping you lose more weight than dieting alone.
How to use
Adults 18 and over: take 1 capsule with each main meal that contains fat, up to 3 capsules a day, keeping fat to about 15 g per meal. Take a multivitamin at bedtime, as orlistat reduces the absorption of some vitamins. Do not use it if you have had an organ transplant, have problems absorbing food, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Possible side effects
- Oily spotting, gas with discharge or loose stools, especially after high-fat meals
- An urgent need to have a bowel movement
- Ask a doctor before use if you take warfarin, diabetes or thyroid medicine
