About Tretinoin Microsphere Gel
Tretinoin is a retinoid that unblocks pores and speeds up skin cell turnover, helping to clear and prevent acne. In the microsphere gel the tretinoin is held in tiny particles that release it gradually, which some people find less irritating.
Tretinoin makes the skin more sensitive to sunlight, and results usually take several weeks.
