About Vidalista 40, 60 and 80 mg
Vidalista tablets contain tadalafil, the medicine in Cialis, and are sold for erectile dysfunction in some countries outside the US. Vidalista isn’t approved by the FDA, so its quality and strength haven’t been checked by US regulators.
FDA-approved tadalafil comes in 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg tablets. For erectile dysfunction taken as needed, the usual dose is 10 mg and the highest recommended dose is 20 mg, no more than once a day. Vidalista 40, 60 and 80 mg contain two to four times that amount, which raises the risk of side effects such as headache, back pain, low blood pressure and an erection that won’t go away. Tadalafil must never be taken with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin.
